Médailler municipal – Musée d’aquitaine – Bordeaux

This col­lection, which counts around 9,000 objects, has a clear regional focus. Its coins come from treasures unearthed in the Bor­deaux region (it is the case of the antique coins: Margaux, Tayac or Prégnac treasures) or were minted in the work­shops of the region (feudal coins from Aquitaine, bequeathed by Evrard de Fayolle).
